A terrible start to the day. This is the stuff I am trying to avoid. I need to go back to preparing my breakfast and lunch the night before. It is hard to be motivated to make meals at 5:00 am when you rather be sleeping.
Here is my breakfast, I know it looks like the sandwich from yesterday but it's not. You are going to see a lot of repeats. I find the best way to stay on point is to have a routine.

Here is breakfast #2, morning coffee break. I case you aren't in the construction industry you need to know that we have a morning break at about 9:30 am. My first breakfast was at 5:30 am on my drive into work. I am having a great bagel sandwich that my wonderful wife and daughter made for me last night. Much, much better then grapefruit segments.
Here is what I am eating on my way to work. I only got thru about half the grapefruit. I remembered grapefruit being a little sweeter. I know that they aren't known for the sweetness I just thought there was more then just sour. I guess I am old now because I am eating grapefruit and coffee for breakfast.
We'll see where this goes. For now I'm going to use this to make myself accountable for being a big fat ass.
