I weighed in again and there was no change. At least I am maintaining instead of gaining. I have recommitted myself to do better.
Oatmeal and oranges. I told you I recommited. I need to get something besides plain oatmeal. I needed a little sugar to get it down.
Chicken ceaser salad with the dressing on the side and a iced tea plain. Everything at Portillos is good.
For dinner we had pork chops, roasted brussel spouts and boiled potatoes. Another home run by Jen. I can't believe that I like brussel sprouts.
My most popular breakfast in the last few days. What can I say...
I had Shrimp Shack for lunch. It The cleanest shrimp place in Chicago by the way. I got the 1/2 pound seasoned shrimp with 1/2 piund of lake perch and cole slaw. The hot sauce is pretty great also.
Forgot to snap a picture of dinner but I did have have fillet of beef, roasted sweet potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts. Jen out did herself once again.
We'll see where this goes. For now I'm going to use this to make myself accountable for being a big fat ass.
