 More of the same. Oatmeal & and orange.  I assure you this is really what I ate. Another ceaser salad & iced tea from Portillos.  Sorry dinner came a couple of days later but it got hectic. We had sushi, it's been a while but I do love it. Spicy tuna, fire & ice roll & tempura shriomp roll.

 It's like Groundhog's Day today. More porage and oranges.  And so it continues. Ceaser salad & iced tea from Portillos.  Dinner was another ceaser salad and two hot dogs. Could you guess where it is from? ...Portillos
I weighed in again and there was no change. At least I am maintaining instead of gaining. I have recommitted myself to do better.  Oatmeal and oranges. I told you I recommited. I need to get something besides plain oatmeal. I needed a little sugar to get it down.  Chicken ceaser salad with the dressing on the side and a iced tea plain. Everything at Portillos is good.  For dinner we had pork chops, roasted brussel spouts and boiled potatoes. Another home run by Jen. I can't believe that I like brussel sprouts.
