This morning I changed it up and got some BK. I had a bacon croissan'wich, the gut bomb hash browns and a black coffee.
Lunch was from Potbelly Sandwiches. I stayed away from the chips and had a Itallian sandwich on white bread. I did have a Coca Cola though.
Finally got a picture of dinner, it has been a while. Can you guess what we had for Taco Tuesday? We had tacos, black beans and a Coca Cola in a white can. Looks like diet but it's not.
I weighed in today and there was no change up or down. I will take that as a victory, however small, and continue on. I think that I am going to do one post for each day. That way there are less posts and I won't be so overwhelmed. I also know that I have not been doing a real good job of staying on top of the pictures. All I can say is that I am trying and hopefully I will get the swing of things sooner then later.
In know this is a previous picture but it is in fact what I had for breakfast. I didn't get up early enought to prepare my meals for today. I will try to do better.
I did not take pictures of lunch. I went to Portillo’s and had a meatball sandwich with mozzarella cheese & hot giardiniera. I also had a side caesar salad and a plain iced tea. Not very good but I stayed away from the fries.
Again I failed to snap a picture but I am not very comfortable taking pictures of my food at work things. I did way over eat here is the list: Cream of something soup, salad, mostacolli, roast beef, chicken leg, polish sausage & kraut, carrots, mashed potatoes, and a couple of small brownies for dessert. I also had about ten bull’s eyes candies when I got home.
Here is my lunch. It is another roast beef sandwich and again it was really good. I also had pretzels and a Coke.

Here is my breakfast, I know it looks like the sandwich from yesterday but it's not. You are going to see a lot of repeats. I find the best way to stay on point is to have a routine.

Thanks again wife. This is roast beef & cheddar on sourdough with horseradish mayo, lettuce, tomato & onion. Always regular pop I don't do diet pop.
I am going to start posting the Weight Watchers points value for each meal.

Here is breakfast #2, morning coffee break. I case you aren't in the construction industry you need to know that we have a morning break at about 9:30 am. My first breakfast was at 5:30 am on my drive into work. I am having a great bagel sandwich that my wonderful wife and daughter made for me last night. Much, much better then grapefruit segments.
We'll see where this goes. For now I'm going to use this to make myself accountable for being a big fat ass.
